Common issues
The two iPhones won't pair
Make sure both iPhones are on the same Wi-Fi network for first-time pairing. After the first pair, the link works over Bluetooth even when Wi-Fi is off. If pairing still fails, fully quit Tuck on both devices and try again.
The nursery iPhone keeps disconnecting
Plug the nursery iPhone into power. iOS aggressively suspends background audio/video sessions on battery, even with Background Modes enabled.
Lullabies don't play in the cloned voice
Voice cloning is a Pro+ feature and requires a one-time recording of the person's voice (about 90 seconds). After upload, model training takes a few minutes. If your model never finishes, contact us with the date you recorded.
Account deletion
Open Tuck → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This removes all server-side data including any voice clones. Or email privacy@tuck.baby to request deletion on your behalf.
